EB is at the age where she really likes to see herself in the mirror. Her Mamaw Wilma discovered that she likes to “kiss the baby” in the mirror. Of course, we got it on video for your viewing pleasure…

This video is probably one of those that only people blood related to little EB will get a kick out of - but we think it is pretty funny and DB and I had a lot of fun filming it.

Sorry for the blogging hiatus - we have been without internet this week.  What we have been doing: DB and I went through all of our stuff in storage and we are ready for a MONDO yardsale on August 9th - come on out if you are in the Louisville area (Julie Snipp’s house in Fern Creek).  I created a board game to encourage DB to sort through his many boxes of office things, gadgets, paperwork, etc…it helps to say “Let’s play the organization game” instead of ‘Let’s organize boxes.”  He gets happy cards every-time he goes through a box (back massages, foot massages, 1 hour of uninterrupted reading, etc…).  I don’t know about you, but I would TOTALLY be motivated by a game like this.  DB just rolls his eyes, but has been a good sport and has earned 4 Happy Cards already!

In Jeni news, I have been doing weight watchers online since April 1st.  I have lost 14 pounds, and lowered my cholesterol about 30 points!  It has been really good for me as I am not generally a healthy eater, so it has helped me eat veggies and fruit and be conscious about my choices.  It is slow weight loss, but I am okay with that.  

So EB’s newest trick is her affinity for sucking on her feet.  It is pretty funny - and more fun videos to come this week - keep checking in with us!  And if you don’t already have one, ask me about an RSS reader that will cut your internet time in half - it is free and wonderful!

Happy First Father’s Day to DB, and first father’s day as grandfathers to Papa D and Grandaddio!

This is a big week for Baby EB! Tomorrow she gets her shoes off while she is awake! We are so excited for the little cutie - she has been so patient with those shoes one - they haven’t slowed her down or set her back one bit! She is truly amazing!

She also gets to spend a week in Greer, SC with Jeni’s family, and then on to Charleston for a week with Honey and one of Honey’s good friends. Jeni and EB are VERY excited, but sad as well - we will miss DB SOOOOO MUCH!!!!
